New Year's Eve Wedding

A lovely golden NYE wedding cake we did back in December for love-birds Sonia & Simon :) We knew the bride through Nikke's awesome wedding photographer, Nikki Mills, who is now her sister-in-law ;) We love you, Nikki!!!!

Where do we begin other than saying that we love LOVE LOVEEE this 4 tiered chocolate cake with cream cheese filling & white chocolate buttercream. Measuring close to 25" tall, this slim & tall cake looks so elegant with soft horizontal-textured buttercream *swoon*

Alex + Mark tie the KNOT

Congratulations Alex + Mark! They tied the knot last July in Mississauga, Ontario. Their cake was a 3-tiered cake in vanilla & chocolate buttercream (YUM), hand-painted with soft purple flowers & blue thistles :)
